The postal package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point, and you will receive a notification from the postal service when the shipment is ready for pickup. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the shopping cart page. Payment Methods Klarna. Delivery Time The delivery time for in-stock products is approximately 1-3 business days. Prices and VAT Prices are listed in euros and include 24% VAT. The seller reserves the right to refrain from delivering a product in case of a pricing error. The seller reserves the right to change the prices listed on the online store. Ownership All products remain the property of the seller until fully paid for. Exchange and Return Policy Tuunaa.fi follows fair rules based on the Consumer Agency’s online store guidelines. As a consumer, you have a 14-day full exchange and return right (the buyer pays for the return shipping) for the products you order. When returning a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Products that have been tried on are not eligible for return. During the cancellation period, the customer has the right to inspect and try the product as they would in a store, but they cannot use it. Please contact the online store before making a return. We do not accept cash-on-delivery or postpaid packages. The right of return does not apply to business purchases. If you cancel your order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within a few business days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. No return shipping fees will be charged for defective or damaged products. (If you receive a faulty or defective product, do not try or install the part. Contact us at info@tuunaa.fi). If you return a product and have received a promotional item with a certain value, the promotional item must also be returned if the value threshold is no longer met. For unclaimed packages, the customer will pay the incurred costs, i.e., the postage to the destination and back. Promotional items are available while stocks last. Note: postage is not considered in promotions! Order Cancellation If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will deduct the payment provider’s (STRIPE) fees from the refundable amount. Warranty Warranty periods are product-specific. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Electrical parts and components have a limited warranty. Product Information Product details are available in the online store. If there is a significant error in the information, the customer has the right to return the product. Returns must occur within 14 days of receiving the product. Damaged Package If the shipment is damaged or the packaging is defective, you must immediately file a written damage report with the carrier (e.g., Posti). We are not responsible for damage caused during transportation. Hinnat ja arvonlisävero
Hinnat ilmoitetaan euroissa ja ne sisältävät ALV:n 24 %. Myyjä varaa itselleen oikeuden pidättäytyä toimittamasta tuotetta hinnoitteluvirhetapauksessa. Myyjä varaa oikeuden muuttaa verkkokaupassa mainittuja hinnaston hintoja.
Omistusoikeus
Kaikki tuotteet ovat myyjän omaisuutta kunnes tuotteet on maksettu kokonaisuudessaan.
Vaihto- ja palautusoikeus
Tuunaa.fi:n reilut pelisäännöt noudattavat kuluttajaviraston verkkokauppaohjetta. Kuluttaja-asiakkaana Teillä on 14 päivän täydellinen vaihto- ja palautusoikeus (ostaja maksaa palautuksen) tilaamillenne tuotteille. Palautettaessa tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön ja paketin kunnossa. Sovitettu tuote ei ole enään palautuskelpoinen. Peruuttamisaikana asiakkaalla on oikeus tutustua tuotteeseen ja kokeilla sitä samaan tapaan kuin hän voisi tehdä ostaessaan tavaran liikkeestä. Hän ei voi kuitenkaan ottaa tavaraa käyttöön. Ennen palautuksia ota aina yhteys verkkokauppaan. Emme lunasta jälkivaatimus/postiennakko -lähetyksiä. Palautusoikeus ei koske yritysostoja. Peruutuksissa kauppasumma palautetaan asiakkaalle hänen pankkitililleen muutaman pankkipäivän kuluessa.

Mikäli palautat tuotteen ja olet saanut kampanjatuotteen tietyn arvoisesta tilauksesta, tulee myös kampanjatuote palauttaa mikäli arvoraja alittuu.
Lunastamattomasta paketista asiakas maksaa aiheutuneet kulut. Eli, postimaksu määränpäähän sekä takaisin.
Kampanjatuotteita on saatavilla niin kauan kun tuotteita riittää. Huom! Postimaksua ei oteta huomioon kampanjoissa!
Tilauksen peruutus
Mikäli peruutat tilauksesi ennen sen lähetystä, niin vähennämme maksutapatarjoajan (STRIPE) kulut hyvitettävästä summasta.
Takuu
Takuuajat ovat tuotekohtaisia. Takuu ei vastaa tuotteiden normaalia kulumista. Sähköosilla sekä komponenteilla on rajoitettu takuu.
Tuotetiedot
Tuotteiden tiedot ovat näkyvissä verkkokaupassa. Mikäli tiedoissa on merkittävä virhe, asiakkaalla on oikeus palauttaa tuote. Palautuksen tulee tapahtua 14 vuorokauden aikana tuotteen vastaanottamisesta.
Vahingoittunut paketti
Mikäli lähetys on rikkoutunut tai pakkaukseltaan vioittunut, tee siitä heti kirjallinen vahinkoilmoitus rahdin toimittajan kanssa (esim. Posti). Emme vastaa kuljetuksessa aiheutuneista vahingoista.
